100% natural ingredients
As an artisanal brewery in Belgium, we use only natural ingredients to make our beers taste properly. Among a wide variety of high quality ingredients we use, there is wheat, oat, rye, and other grains. We also pay a lot of attention to hops and water we use when brewing our beers.
CHAPEAU CUVEE
The first five artisanal products are choosen. Brewery De Troch is one of them!! We can use the label STREEKPRODUCT.BE given by VLAM for our "old gueuze": Chapeau Cuvee.
This beer is available in bottles of 37,5cl. and 75cl. with refermentation in the bottle.
Progressive technologies
Brewery De Troch is a pioneers is his work, in making the one of a kind Lambic fruit beers as Chapeau Banana, Chapeau Exotic and many others. The density or strength of our beer is as a normal lager type beer, between 11 and 12° Plato or 1,045 to 1050 density. The beer is made up with real fruit and natural fruit juices with different tastes
